Live-In Care Training

Live in Care Training - Progress Your Care Career With Us

We deliver high quality, up-to-the-minute Live in Care Training to all of our carers, as well as bespoke training packages for organisations and individuals. All of our Live in Care Training is delivered by our experienced in-house trainers. We also have our own in-house Registered General Nurse (RGN), Susie Constantine, who interviews nurses and carers, supervises our staff and supports the delivery of Live in Care Training.

Our CPD (continuing professional development) ensures that all our live in nurses and carers are trained to an excellent standard, firstly at our own training school, and then their skills and knowledge are developed through appropriate NVQ training and other educational opportunities.

The Care Certificate Programme

All candidates complete the Care Certificate with us, which provides clear evidence to all people who receive care and support that the nurse or live in care worker has been trained and developed to a specific set of 15 standards; and has been assessed for the skills, knowledge and behaviours to ensure that they provide compassionate and high quality care and support. The learning outcomes are described below.

Our CPD (continuing professional development) ensures that all our live in carers are trained to an excellent standard, firstly at our own Live in Care Training school, and then their skills and knowledge are developed through appropriate NVQ training and other educational opportunities. The career path of our staff is a priority for us, as we believe in the self-actualising process of each and every person, to the highest degree possible
