Our Bespoke Training Week

Selection and training

Job applicants are carefully selected, vetted and trained. Each person is interviewed for excellence, and then a thorough police check (DPS) is carried out and references are obtained.

Successful applicants are trained at our own training school in Plymouth. They have a four day induction, which if they show the competencies required for the job and display the right motivation, they will then be employed with Sunshine Care

Quality assurance (supervision processes)

Continuing excellence is a priority for us.
All our carers undergo a regular supervision process, and each of our service users has the opportunity to talk about how their care package is unfolding. Adjustments are made, according to individual need, to ensure a continuing service of excellence.

Our care coordination team is available throughout the day to answer any questions at out office. Please don’t hesitate to contact us.
