The Role
You will play a key role in providing care and support to individuals within nursing and residential home environments, ensuring service users receive safe, individualised and effective standards of care, at all times, whilst maintaining confidentiality. You are accountable to the Nurse/Care Manager, and will conduct yourself as directed by senior management and staff.

Our requirements

  • Drivers desirable but not essential
  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a HCA in a care home, hospital or similar settings.
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in a health related topic, or willing to enrol within 3 months of registration.
