Friendly home visit
Invite us for a friendly informal chat. We will carefully listen to your needs; we can answer any questions you may have and discuss care options and ascertain the level of care required.
During our first visit, we are not expecting you to make any decisions or to sign pile of paperwork.

From your initial enquiry, under normal circumstances, we can usually have new support packages up and running in less than 7 days.
Once home care begins, we will appoint a live in Care Coordinator who will monitor your care package on an on-going basis. This person will be the main point of contact for the person being supported and the family.
Our coordinator will regularly review your individual Support Plan ensuring that it continues to meet your requirements as care needs change.
