Sunshine Care is a local social care and nursing agency; a family owned business, managed by SRN qualified Nurse, Mrs Sue Constantine; along with her husband Mr Paul Constantine, who handles the business side and also has many years' care experience.
We respond to the needs of our clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week, allowing them the best quality of life possible, by supplying qualified nurses, healthcare assistants, social care staff, personal assistants (PA's), and anciliary staff such as housekeepers, cooks and cleaners.
Our agency service is designed to provide specialist compassionate care and support in our customers' own homes on a one-to-one basis. We also run a nursing agency that provides qualified nursing personnel into a range of different care establishments on a permanent and temporary basis.
Sunshine Care is a specialist provider of residential care services; domiciliary hourly home care and 24 hour live-in care support services. Our workers help our domiciliary care service users to maintain their independence by caring for them and, when needed, living with them in their own home. Privately owned, we have over 13 years of experience in this special field and provide a wide range of different care work for those seeking new job opportunities.
We respond to a wide range of needs, from simple companionship to the full spectrum of personal care supporting those adults with severe physical or learning disabilities.
We have grown to be one of the largest agencies in the South West; delivering around 650,000 hours of care a year and with over 300 well trained care assistants and an even larger bank of job seekers as candidates at Sunshine Personnel, available for care work or jobs, at any one time.
We recruit and train personal care assistants (PA's) to support and work for privately funded and direct payments clients, as well as those wholly or partly supported by Local Authorities or NHS Trusts. These are introduced on a permanent or temporary basis.
