The permanent jobs division of Sunshine Care Nursing Agency is dedicated to helping qualified nurses, care staff and managers find the job that fits your needs and requirements. We are more than a health and social care staffing agency, we are a partner who takes a consultative approach, delivering the innovative solutions that meet individual work needs.
We work in partnership with other health and social care organisations, helping them fill their permanent vacancies with our Nursing Agency candidates and job seekers; in addition to recruiting employed staff and self-employed personal assistants (PA's) into our own care services. In each case we take a detailed job description and person specification from our clients and use these to identify potential candidates who might be interested in the position.
We will outline the position to suitable candidates, work on their CV if necessary and discuss whether it is something they would like to pursue. We will put candidates through basic recruitment checks, when they apply to our nursingagency, as part of the screening processes on behalf of clients .
